For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.

You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse. You will be notified of the order ID by e-mail once the order has begun processingand also when it proceeds to shipping.

Product Imagery and Colour Reproduction

As an organization of authentic sustainable products, we have committed complete effort into displaying our attire and home décor items as accurately as possible, including their designs and colours. However, the actual colours that you see will depend on the specifications, functioning and technology of the screen you are viewing the product images onand we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display properties will accurately capture, show or reflect the true colours of our products.There may be slight colour variation owing to the lighting and the camera used to capture the images at the time of photo-shoot for the e-commerce platform.

Received Product

1. Although we commit proper effort into ensuring that the photographs that are displayed on our website are accurate representations of the original products, variations may occur due to the technical characteristics of your computer and phone, including number of colours that the respective screen can display, screen resolution, and technology of the screen. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply, supply only part of an order or divide up orders. We will inform you at the earliest if we are unable to fulfil your order.

Return Policy

All our products are carefully crafted by artisans. Although each product is given utmost importance and designed with a firm focus on quality, the hand-spinning and weaving processes used to create the products may cause slight variations to occur from piece-to-piece. Products can only be refunded if there is a visible manufacturing defect (pre-existing tear or stain).You can find more details on our return policy.

Advise on Wash & Care

Before purchasing our products, please check their descriptions thoroughly for proper instructions for Wash & Care. Bun.kar Bihar cannot be held responsible for any damage done to the fabrics in absence of non-adherence to the mentioned Wash & Care instructions. For instance, if it is specified that a certain product has to be dry-cleaned, and you use a different method to clean it, we will not be liable for any damages to the fabric.

Terms for Ordered Items

Once the order for product(s) have been successfully placed, they will beshipped withinweeks from the date of placing the order 4 week and for international 4-6 weeks of placing that order. This duration is subject to change due to government or law declarations, natural calamities in any specific region or certain political or public events.

Shipping Charges

1. We charge a flat $25 USD for any order below or equal to $200 USD. For any order above $200 USD, we do not charge any shipping fees.

2. We reserve the right to make changes to the mentioned shipping fees at any time without prior notice, under the sole discretion of Bun.Kar Bihar.

Your Responsibilities
